Besides its wonderful rooms, the Burgundy Paris also has a stylish and elegant restaurant, the Baudelaire, where the chefs Pierre Rigothier and Julien Chamblas run the kitchen with taste and class. Closed in August for a luxurious makeover, the restaurant will re-open its doors on August 31st.
