Restaurant Le Baudelaire*, awarded one star by the Michelin Guide in 2011, showcases the very best of French gastronomy. Chef Anthony Denon and his team offer you responsible, gourmet cuisine where plants are at the heart of your experience. Thanks to this environmental approach, which promotes zero waste, Le Baudelaire has been awarded the Écotable label for eco-responsible establishments.

In the kitchen

Chef Anthony Denon offers a healthy, contemporary cuisine, like the new Vivant menu, 100% vegetal, offered at lunchtime and for which the chef works with pre-germinated seeds, pulses, cereals and other condiments. Then, in the evening, 4, 5 or 6-course menus featuring his signature dishes, with discoveries linked to products and the seasons.

Working alongside the Executive Chef, Léandre Vivier, pastry chef, creates the Baudelaire's dessert menu. He draws inspiration from the flavours he discovers on his travels to create new sweet creations. A unique and exotic touch that enhances the classics of French pastry-making.

He also creates succulent pastries to enjoy at the Bar Le Charles or to take away, not forgetting the unmissable Burgundy snack.
