Mother's Day at Le Burgundy Paris
On the occasion of Mother's Day, Le Burgundy Paris and the master florist LACHAUME unite their respective know-how during a gourmet floral workshop for Mothers and Kids.
In the heart of the restaurant Le Baudelaire, in the shadow of the hotel's intimate patio, the mom & kid duets can participate in a floral composition workshop given by LACHAUME. An opportunity to discover the gestures and know-how of an exceptional master florist. Participants will learn through the language of flowers to combine nature and aesthetics to create a spring bouquet, and will take advantage of advice to guide them in choosing flowers and tips to extend the life of the bouquet.
Lasting two hours, the experience will continue with a pastry prepared by Pastry Chef Pascal Hainigue. For this sweet break, the chef has imagined a dessert with a good taste of childhood, accompanied by a glass of champagne or a very fruity juice. This ephemeral creation consists of a shortbread with almonds, a light mousse with vanilla and gariguettes strawberries.
