A new Afternoon Tea at Le Burgundy Paris
If Le Burgundy Paris Afternoon Tea is one of the most sought after in Paris, it is because it has been created by the talented Pastry Chef Pascal Hainigue.
Minimalist and airy, the pastry stand is an ideal case for each of Pascal Hainigue's sweet bites. Combining chrome steel with immaculate corian, the tree spreads in soft petals taking height, a petal however remaining on the table, as fallen from its stem, and welcomes the salty creations thought by the brigade of Guillaume Goupil in the kitchen, which respond appropriately to the proposal of Pascal Hainigue.
Streusel chocolate and citrus mascarpone cream scones and jams will accompany a selection of teas Dilmah, a family plantation based in Sri Lanka, with whom Le Burgundy has built a relationship built on common values. The most festive guests will be able to accompany this moment with a glass of champagne from Deutz, another Burgundy historical partner.
