Léandre Vivier Pastry Chef

Originally from Le Mans, Léandre trained in the schools of excellence from the very start of his career. Named Best Apprentice of France in 2013 and winner of the television contest Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier? on France 2, as its youngest contestant, he went on to serve as Pastry Sous-Chef at the Four Seasons George V and as Sous-Chef at The Peninsula. He also worked at the Ritz, Le Meurice, Le Laurent in Paris and Apicius in Le Mans. Since 2023, he has been Pastry Chef at Le Burgundy Paris, creating all of the house’s sweet signatures.

Creative and adventurous, Léandre draws inspiration from the flavors discovered on his travels, bringing a unique and exotic touch to the great classics of French pastry.
