Exquisite Poisons at Bar Le Charles
For fall-winter 2021, Jeremy Blanc, head barman at Bar Le Charles au Burgundy Paris, continues his reflection on the cocktail in phase with the particular universe of the poet Charles Baudelaire, and focus this time on the cursed writers of the Romantic era.
By immersing himself in the writings of great 19th century authors, Jeremy Blanc invites cocktail lovers on a multidimensional journey, where the universe of each writer, linked to an emblematic quote, is juxtaposed with the taste of a cocktail sublimated by a spice.
