A real seasonal dish, Guillaume Goupil's Truffle Pie is a unique creation of its kind, which revisits here a great classic of French gastronomy, stuffed cabbage. Under the delicious puff pastry created by Guillaume Goupil, the Tourte reveals in its heart a clever mixture of cabbage, seasonal vegetables, poultry, foie gras, and of course black truffle and melanosporum from producer Christophe Meynard, truffle producer and truffle market controller in Gironde .

For the first time since its opening in 2010, Le Burgundy Spa is reinventing itself with the creation of a brand new treatment room dedicated to hair care, in collaboration with specialist Nathalie Tuil Paris©. A 100% vegetal and Made in France, and combining clay base and essential oils and minerals, this treatment is suitable for all types of hair, both for women and men.

Le Burgundy Paris is proud to announce that from now on, pastries from Pastry Chef Pascal Hainigue, will be available to order and take away.
In an elegant white and gold packaging, with a pattern referring to the sculpture of Guy de Rougemont decorating the floor of Le Burgundy Paris’ lobby, pastries can be purchased individually or with 4 or more pieces, upon request.
You will find Pascal Hainigue's classics, such as the Arriba Chocolate Tartlet 75% with caramel and vanilla flowing heart, the Religieuse with spicy caramel, praline almond, tonka bean, or the Shiso-pineapple. Other seasonal creations will complete the offer throughout the year ...
Prepared every day in the laboratory of Pascal Hainigue, pastries are edited in limited quantities.
