The Easter egg Œuf Floraison by Léandre Vivier

A beautiful celebration of spring, the season that symbolises renewal and rebirth. To welcome the season, Léandre has created a "flowering egg" that reveals a heart of deliciousness. Like a real work of art, the " Œuf Floraison " takes up the movement of a flower in bloom for the arrival of spring.
This creation is made from petals of Peruvian milk chocolate from the Nicolas Berger factory, a 60% milk chocolate with a distinctive, slightly sweet taste and hints of cocoa. Once the petals have been tasted, the chocolate flower reveals its heart of subtle rose fruit pastes.

Léandre Vivier's iconic Gouter has been revisited for Easter. Our Pastry Chef invites you on a journey around chocolate. Among the sweet creations :

A slice of chocolate cake with chaÏ spices
Milk chocolate and coconut signature tart
Milk and cocoa bean jam doughnut
Spiced Pavlova with cocoa bean syrup
Chocolate puff pastry brioche with black cardamom spread
Belle-Hélène pear with grilled vanilla
Soft bitter cocoa biscuit
