In 1918, Gabrielle Chanel opened her shop at 31 Rue Cambon. 100 years later, at number 19 in the same street, a new space of 5 floors and 1500 m2 has been opened to present, in stunningly pure and elegant surroundings, the world of the famous brand.

Gold leaf and lacquered screens

Just beyond the façade of this typically Parisian building, the Chanel aura envelops us in variations of beige, cream, and black, punctuated with shimmers of golden hues. Modern, airy and spacious, simple yet with touches of luxury and fabulous quality such as Coromandel lacquer screens, artisan ironwork and highlights picked out in gold leaf, it’s a triumph of interior design that is without artifice and the epitome of fine taste.

A timeless experience

Accessories, jewellery, footwear and perfumes are installed on the ground floor while ready-to-wear and special collections occupy the remaining levels. In this atmosphere of felted elegance, the temptation is to pause, to spend time looking, trying and sampling. This is because sofas, armchairs and cushions punctuate the spaces, illumination dances on the glass and, in the fitting rooms, you can regulate the light, music and temperature as you please. A place of beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure, the new Chanel store offers a true experience!
