Our Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suite are being made ready to welcome you for the night of your dreams amongst rose petals and sparkling glasses of Champagne. Our chefs will place before you small dishes brimming with grand enchantment to delight your taste-buds with the kind of fine flavours reserved for true lovers! The Alverta Impérial caviar from the Maison Petrossian opens the show, followed by roasted langoustine with artichokes, salted foie gras and kumquat. Fluffy and sweet, the yellow truffle is awakened by the slight tang of the braised chard. Equally rich in flavour is the milk-fed veal tenderloin (prepared for two, as it should be), which marries beautifully with the chocolate and liquorice sauce and asparagus.
Tender is the night
As night falls on the capital, here come the desserts. The pomegranate creamy will make you melt with pleasure, rendering you unable to resist the delicious contrast born of the sweetness of the chocolate ice cream and the piquant bitterness of the smoked cocoa bean that accompanies it. Hot drinks and sweet delicacies conclude this feast for all the senses ... and so we invite you to continue in the cosily intimate privacy of your room. And the next day, when you decide to leave the arms of Morpheus and those of your loved one, our breakfast buffet will be waiting for you.
