How about a little afternoon tea break in a comfortable chair beneath the glass roof of the bar Le Charles, accompanied by a spicy caramel religieuse pastry? Tempting, non? Well, you can do so every day from 15:00 to 18:00. That’s 3 hours of exquisite sweet temptations created by our pastry chef, Pascal Hainigue.

A refreshed tea-time

A breath of fresh air has wafted sweetly across our now traditional - and still very popular! - afternoon tea. Aficionados can rest assured, however, that the mouth-watering creations of our chef can still be enjoyed, alongside new wonders. It is simply the presentation that has been enhanced by interior designer Marie Deroudhile, who has come up with the Vitrine à Pâtisserie (Pastry Showcase), an attractive glass case for our pastry chef’s sweet treats.

Enjoy to your heart’s content

It’s a subtle trap. How can you possibly resist these gorgeous gâteaux? How do you choose between them? Here a mango dome, there a pineapple shiso and a 75% Arriba chocolate tartelette whose flowing heart of caramel will melt your own... Don’t bother trying to resist. Simply enjoy them with a cup of premium quality Dilmah tea directly from Sri Lanka... Or a divine glass of Deutz champagne... You’ll find that the most difficult challenge is to make a choice! Bon appétit!
