The Restaurant
Opening onto a quiet patio, the restaurant is your rendezvous with French-style good taste, where people come to enjoy innovative dishes that delve into Parisian tradition while finding their inspiration in the merger of meridians.
The kitchens have been entrusted to Pierre Daret.
A native of Saint-Étienne, he has worked along Chefs whose talents have been rewarded with a Michelin star, such as Pierre Ferranti of the Mercure Galant in Paris, Jean-Pierre Jacob in Courchevel, La Pinède's Patrick Leroix in Saint-Tropez, or Guy Martin of the Grand Véfour. He worked as a Sous-Chef at the Chèvre d'Or (2 Michelin stars), then as Chef at the Château Eza, where he was awarded a star in his very first year. He then joined the Pourcel brothers at the Sens restaurants. He recently came back from Dammam, where the Carlton Al Moaibed hotel had entrusted him with the creation of a dietetics complex.
Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant or the Winter Garden from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The restaurant is open Mondays to Fridays for lunch, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The restaurant is open Tuesdays to Saturdays for dinner, from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
A Snacks menu is available around the clock at the Winter Garden.
