The RestaurantLe Baudelaire has been awarded a star at the Michelin red guide 2011.
Opening onto a quiet patio, the restaurant is your rendezvous with French-style good taste, where people come to enjoy innovative dishes that delve into Parisian tradition while finding their inspiration in the merger of meridians.
The kitchens have been entrusted to Pierre Rigothier.
Pierre Rigothier trained under renowned Chefs Jacques Maximim and Eric Briffard. He is familiar to the area since he worked at l'Espadon and at Restaurant Laurent before moving abroad to become Antonin Bonnet 's Executive Sous Chef at the Green House in London.
In 2008, he settled in Newcastle to take the Head Chef position at Jesmond Dene House Hotel.
Under direction of Pierre Rigothier, Yann Couvreur has created a range of light and delicate desserts. He worked in many prestigious hotels such as the Trianon Palace, the Carré des Feuillants, then he becomes Jean-François right-hand man. He has joined our teams after being Pastry Chef of the Eden Rock in Saint-Barthélémy.
Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant or the Winter Garden from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Open from Monday to Friday for lunch (12.30 pm - 2.30 pm)
and Monday to Saturday for dinner ( 7.30 pm - 22.30 pm )
Closed Saturday lunch and Sunday all day.
A Snack menu is available around the clock at the Winter Garden.
For those who wish to enjoy some refreshment in the intimacy of their room, the Baudelaire's room service is available 24/24.
